Why do we work hard to appear wise?

The age of social media gives us the opportunity to display a picture-perfect persona. “I think to myself what will make me sound brilliant,” Rusty George says. “Four hours later, I’m still sitting there unable to think of anything.” How do you handle the tension of attempting to be the leader who has it all together?
