Leadership foresight and understanding the strengths of denominations

Dr. Bob Whitesel shares a leadership lesson about leadership foresight. Leadership foresight includes understanding the strengths of denominational affiliations, but also understanding why recent research shows that fewer pastors are joining denominations. Here are the reasons he found as to why they’re not joining our denominations, and why he believes they should. Here’s what you can do to help.
