Do you know someone who wants to be a leader?

Last Updated: May 29, 2026By

I believe anyone can become a leader if they want to, right where they are.

You don’t need to be a CEO, manager, coach or director. Or really have any title at all.

For example, has God called you to stay at home with your children? Lead them to Christ. Show them how to be good followers. Teach them to become future leaders. Changing the world starts at home.

Do you lead a small Bible study? Walk with people through life’s challenges. Help them understand how to apply the Bible in all areas of life and work. Encourage them to build the Kingdom.

Do you lead a team? Have grace with your teammates. Smooth out their conflicts. Lead them to achieve much more than expected.

Are you a student? Humbly take the lead in group projects. Learn how to navigate relationships. Get good grades. Support your teachers.

I want to help you see you can be a leader at any time, any place. Even right now, where you are!

If you’re already a more seasoned leader, is there someone younger you can encourage? Feel free to share this post with them.

Let’s raise up a new generation of Christian leaders.
