Ron Regenstreif founded Regency Enterprises in February of 1981 and served as CEO of Regency Lighting for over 35 years. Through the years, Ron’s primary focus has been on growing the sales and marketing efforts and establishing the strategy and growth plan for the organization. Ron’s ongoing passion for excellent service has helped Regency become a leader in the lighting industry, and he still serves as the Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors for Regency Lighting. Ron also serves on the Board of Directors of Q4impact, Joni & Friends, His Hands on Africa, and Chosen People Ministries. He loves strategically connecting people, serving people in need worldwide, and bringing improvement within developing countries.
